Thank you for your Be You Fashion purchase. We hope you love the item(s) you purchased as much as we do. Upon receiving of Be You Fashion product, please inspect and notify us immediately of any issues as soon as possible; we will work with you to arrange a speedy replacement (if possible) or a full refund.

If you are dissatisfied for ANY reason within 30 days of placing your order, Be You Fashion will accept items that have been unused, unworn, in original packaging for a full refund minus shipping charges if any shipping charges were made during your purchase. To return an item(s) that has been purchased within the last 30 days, please email returns@beyoufashion.com to start the return process.


REFUND POLICY

Return item must be new and must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless item is being returned due to manufacturing  defect or error made by Be You Fashion.

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 1-2 weeks of receiving returned item(s).

It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. An email notification will be sent from us once your refund has been processed and complete.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded if any shipping charges were made during your purchase.

We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

We cannot accept returns on final-sale items.


HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

Simply place a new order; once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.


HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN


Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if you use our return-shipping label to ship your return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping label cost. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, you can also use any shipping carrier of your choice instead of using our return-shipping label. Be You Fashion is not responsible for your return shipping fees or lost shipment. We recommend using a traceable method to ship back your return and keeping your tracking number on hand until your return is fully processed and complete. Email returns@beyoufashion.com if you want to use our shipping label.


HOW TO BEGIN RETURN PROCESS


To help us expedite the return process please email us at info@beyoufashion.com with the order number, name and email address from the original order as well as attached photos of product to expedite the process. Once everything is, approve we will email you an RMA number to include with your Returns. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


All items shipped outside of the United States are considered FINAL SALE. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, please email returns@beyoufashion.com with the order number and photos of product to expedite the process.
